Welcome to the Literacy Project! We are committed to inclusive early literacy instruction, where every child can succeed in learning to read and write in the least restrictive environment.
We promote teaching that is: inclusive, differentiated, culturally affirming, and evidence-based. We envision an emancipated early childhood education system that is anti-racist, anti-ableist, and wholly welcoming to diverse teachers, families, and children.
At the Literacy Project, we know that inclusive education is only possible when everyone has an equal chance at full participation, and we aim to reflect this belief in all the work we do. This means we are constantly learning, growing, and improving upon our work to ensure that we live our vision.
